Is it me or am just being paranoid?

Hi There, ...

I was brought up in an old cottage and over the years people come and go, pass away and it is spooky and as a kid I always thought something else was in the cottage as well...... I called it a Hob Goblin as it played tricks on me ,like find the keys and then find them where you already looked, or walking noises up stairs and no one there,or the feeling some one is just right behind you and my favourite the feeling that some one just sat on the bed when pitched dark still freaks me out !!!! ... But don`t forget in the old days they never had fridges and had an old fashioned pantry and cold room where meat was stored, made by stone slabs and water underneath...

But, I also work in an old place too an old Manor House it is recorded on the internet saying it is haunted by a Grey Lady who walks from the private chapel to a local church where she threw herself off the steeple... but working late there I have seen weird things happen and once had a shadow slowly pass over me in the middle of the day, telling my mate he laughed but the next night he and the security guy chatting had the same thing happen and they are sort of quite now.

I have an open mind about these things and coming from a hunting family you have feeling when things are not right my father is 83 years old and when a sleep at home in his chair I creep up on him to pick up a used tea cup to wash up and when you enter his personal space of maybe 1 foot from him he wakes up every time.... so how`s mad that... same here that`s the only remedy I used

It's so nice to know that bf doesn't live in a 100 year old house... but instead warned me to not open the door when someone knocks, especially if he's not around.

Don't be afraid of ghosts Mrs.Daddy. If ever you see one, pray for it. The reason why ghosts abound and show itself to people is because they need prayers. All of us have the third eye.. just that we don't use it... but our instincts would tell us if there's something weird around.. when that happens, light a incense (insenso). It worked for me.. hehehe... but use the one with a good scent... or else your house will smell like patay... LOL

i was just once scared here but not with ghost..
when hubby went out to watch ACDC concert. I couldn't sleep coz was thinking that someone might knew hubby was out and he would enter our house. i heard noises that someone was trying our door. well of course that was just me thinking it.
i think i have harpaxophobia or xenophobia... when i was in PI, i hate walking in a crowd always thinking that someone is behind me and following me to rob/snatch something from me.
everytime i see unpleasant/scary looking guys i'm scared. i always look behind if someone's following me when walking.

I have that problem as well and my friend said I was just paranoid
