Click START>RUN type in CMD then hit ENTER

Then try it again directly:
Attrib -H -R -S C:\boot,ini
DEL C:\boot.ini
to delete the bad one
BootCfg /Rebuild

Hi Boss;

Thanks for the info on starting my laptop again, but unfortunatly I can't even get my start menu up so that I can "push run then type in CMD?"

I think I just need to get it to PC World or technician to remedy the fault
