GREAT..im not sure if we have in cavite but the nearest place would be laguna and makati..

I'm from Laguna, and a part time real estate agent before.
I enjoyed my years in selling real estate in Sta Rosa in 1990's.

yep..surely you did..you own..you get incentives and commissions..hehe..but its really hard work...i hope i will enjoy it well while waiting for our plans to happen..lol..

Most of my sales were from my freelance selling. I don't get involved too much in a realty.
There were hundreds of farmers in Sta Rosa who sold their farmlands to become a subdivisions and industries and they also bought properties after they sold their farm. That was my target selling that time.
It takes ages to get commisions from Realty, so I focus on a freelance selling.
I enjoyed it really! I got bonuses from both seller and buyer.
Enchanted Kingdom was farmlands before, the Ayala Technopark, San lorezo, Laguna Bel-air and many more!

just remember once you hand over your dollars or sterling you convert to pesos, and you will never ever be able to sell your house again, you will never ever see your money, real estate in the philippines is a no no , unless you are filipino, and you want to live there forever.....Even if you did sell, it would be in pesos, and then you cant get the money out of the country.. Dont go there, rent and be happy, then if there is an emergency, you can just pack up and leave... as i did

i do understand where ure coming from..but with our company you have to priviledge to sell your property in a higher price..because in this investment the value will grow higher in time..and one more thing..when youre not here..we can have it rented for you...and we will do all the work..but i appreciate your opinion though..everyone is entitled to..

The european property market is a risk, do you seriously think that anybody with cash in these days would want to put it into property in the philippines....

I can see them splashing their cash on land every day here..
Prices are going up on a monthly basis and they are fetching the asking price...
I quite often help expats search for land here as I have transport and a little local knowledge..Quite often the lots I show them were sold the week before..
Lots of clever cash coming this way and thats a fact.

Hey fred know anything about the Clark Economic Zone? I believe they are going to turn that into a huge development. Know anything

yeah,i think thats good to know fred..im much aware of the crisis..at first i declined the job because i know it might be hard to sell due to the economic crisis..and after we had typhoon and all..maybe it will be harder to sell..but the team where i belong now is very much positive about selling..i sincerely admire the determination and hardwork..so if i keep myself on the positive side surely i will be able to sell..and i do believe that "YOU BECOME WHAT YOU THINK"..there will always be someone who will looking for a property..and it wont kill me if ill post it here..if i will be in UK..i will surely save then invest for a property..

Yes..Just a few years ago property values here boomed...
Actually I say boomed but that could be the wrong word..The prices increased along with building materials such as rebar that hit their peak 2 years ago so as usual here the boom was fueled by inflation and the tons of cash sent from OFW`s..I am constantly amased on the budgets that people come up with to build houses,resorts and apartment buildings here ALL OVER THE R.P..
Rebar is pretty damned cheap now due to a lack of demand by the Chinese but cement,sand and gravel is more expensive then its ever been driving the market price up generally..
I cant see a dip in prices or demand at all..

I think it would be nice to buy a place in the Phils, and I understand it would be in my wife's name.
If the man is older than the wife, it is security for her (and her children if they have any) when the husband is no longer around.

I have thought about this and will probably buy later.

for us to succeed..we have to be positive at all times..i know all of us are all experiencing world crisis..but how come casino is always full..you can still see people shopping..its just a matter of thinking and determination.
