thanks to everybody here in this site i am already processing my anullment its been long time now i i did i t the only thing that i want to know is what kind of visa i want to get and can i bring my 3 girls with me and how is the procedure goes.
I have my fiancee here who also asked some helped i think jonathan 47 also advised him his user name is badgrimly i love him very much .thanks

if ur annulment done,then u can get married if u marry to philippines, then apply for spouse visa,if your planning to marry in ireland,thats what we call fiancee visa,and u need to gather all the necessary docs,what are the docs? search here

The only visa you could apply for at this moment in time is a visit (tourist) visa, but it is very unlikly that you would be given one. They usually refuse on the ground that you would be unlikely to return to the Philippines before your visa expires. They usually decide this on the basis of whether you have enough good reasons to return to the Philippines and to them that means whether you have well paid regular employment there, money in the bank there and property there. If you don't have these things then it's likely that they would refuse a visa.

Once your annulment process is complete you have 2 options with regard to visas, fiancee or spouse. More people tend to prefer the spouse visa because it means you don't have to apply for any more visas for 2 years and also because marrying in the Philippines is much cheaper than in the UK.

If you apply for a fiancee visa you have to get married in the UK within the six month period of the visa and then you have to apply for an extension for your visa which is called FLR (Further Leave to Remain) which means you then have 2 years in total which includes the six month period of the original visa before you have to apply for ILR (Indefinate Leave to Remain).

It is also thought that a spouse visa application (provided the application form is filled in correctly and all of the necessary evidence and documents are included) is less likely to be refused than a fiancee visa application.
