I find the BBC Weather site is also useful, although it's somewhat like our own British weather, you need to go online for updates regularly as the forecast details change!
Just for the record "The Rough Guide to the Philippines", 2nd edition 2007, page 14, quotes average temperatures and rainfall for Manila, Iloilo City, Baguio, and Siargao, stating that the rainfall is in mm ...it should undoubtedly be in cm !
