    but remember that the UK is suppose to be you're home not Italy, but if your husband works there, then you shouldn't have a problem if your out of the UK less than 2yrs..

    my stepson has ilr, he's been back in the phils more nearly 2yrs, so he's coming back here b4 he's been out of the uk 2yrs, this time he's staying for good thou.

    yes i know joe thanks .. but its not his fault to move work cause company send him here for work..and its not fault why i am not in uk.

    so means i dont issue to going back if not more than 2 years,,thats good i bet he miss both of you and where about in philippines your stepson live if you dont mine..regards to your wife .

    no i don't think he misses us, he will miss his nearly 1yr old daughter he will have to leave behind thou

    he's in Puerto Princesa City with most of my wifes family

    Hi joe,you mentioned about your stepson coming back in uk and he have a ilr so when he can apply a british citizenship? or i will say if i go back in uk when i can apply for a british citizenship so i can tell to my husband that maybe i need to stay in uk and he can stay here in italy..,,thanks and regards.
