Myrna and I were discussing the El Nino phenomenon yesterday forenoon; indeed, she even suggested I might introduce a topic on it as, apparently, it's a climatic state with which Filipinos can readily identify.
It is predicted that temperatures will be in the 40s (Centigrade) in April and May in Cebu. Unfortunately, I have forgotten where I read this!
