Cheating wife sues phone company for exposing affair

A woman who had an affair on her husband was found out after her husband consolidated all the couples phone bills into one single bill (home phone, mobiles and internet). Her husband noticed one phone number with a large number of calls made to it for long periods of time. After calling the number he was told by the man at the other end of the affair...

so now the lady in question is suing the phone company for the loss of her marriage and the stress caused

Two parties are at fault, here: ... 1. the cheating wife - who now has the 'brass neck' to sue the phone company for the [hardly surprising] break-up of her marriage - and 2. the tactless operator, for his indiscretion. Really ... some folk!!

I think you will find that if the lady in question could also prove she was a single parent racial minority lesbian communist, she'd qualify for legal aid

Uhmm.. no operators were involved in the story..the husband called the number of the guy who has an affair with the wife and he himself told the husband of their affair..what an honest guy eh..Hahahaha! LOL!

I think this woman is still sick for losing everything, and is acting like a scoobi do baddie (I would've gotten away with it....).

But, bad news for her is the phone company says she and her then husband both gave permission over the phone to have the bills consolidated, and the one person who can tip the scales of proof in this case is her ex husband... So if he testifies that she did indeed give permission for her phone bill to be included, she can kiss that court case goodbye and hello legal fees
