FLR means Further Leave to Remain.
It is applicable for a limited expiry visa (such as a spouse visa) usually 27 months.
Prior to expiry you need to take actions or leave
ILR means Indefinite Leave to Remain
This is an unrestricted visa with no expiry and no constraints.
What is the reason for your question?

and you would have to apply for FLR instead or ILR in certain circumstances, like you couldn't pass the 'life in UK test b4 your current visa expired' or you came to the uk say 4 or 5 months after your spouse visa was issued.
