In an earlier life I used to stay in and around Lancaster every 2 months and I ventured into Morecambe a couple of times, a tacky place - could never decide if it was the poor man's Blackpool or whether Blackpool was the poor man's Morecambe. Bognor's not too bad, shame the birdman off the pier comp has moved to Worthing. Not so much pondlife, junkies and undesirables as Hastings or Eastbourne which is looking very tainted
