I was thinking just to make this thread happy and active- would you like to post your daily/weekly/monthly sporty activity up and share with to us? and we can discuss/debate and brag about it

It doesn't matter what kind of sport activity you do walking,run,swim whatever it is it would be great to share it with everyone.
I just created my account in RunKeeper- I will be posting my cycling activity soooon!
We are getting ready for a ride on Sandbanks-Studland-Wareham-Hamworthy-Poole- approx 25-30 mi
