My ex has re-married, (after getting married to me in the Phils)...to another European.

We were divorced in UK, yes, but no annulment that I'm aware of.

So I can't marry another Filipina ?

correct you cant unless you have unnulment in Philippines..
btw have you both married in PH before? coz if thats the case if you decide to remarry a filipina u need to sort out your current status

So you're saying the ex is a bigamist, and I won't be able to marry another Filipna without an annulment for me and the ex in the Phils...just to be clear ?
