This has caused a lot of confusion & head scratching Most on here have not had to have a CENOMAR I'm talking men here, but last year a member KeithAngel got married on Cebu & was required to have one, as well as having his CNI...Maybe it is down to which Island you get married on?

Your fiance & sister may be right?

We got married on Cebu at the start of last year and I didn't need a CENOMAR for myself. Although just to muddy the waters a little more, maybe it depends where on each island you get married as to whether the non-Filipino needs one!
