    Aspen and ukba true?

HI! Im a nurse and i live in calamba laguna.
last october 19 i applied to an online jobpost not knowing that it is a positon for London. here is the link http://www.jobjoints.com/job/5201/co...hcare-limited/
and then the following day they sent me an email regarding interview questions,i answered it and send it back to them.
they sent me job application form the next day,i filled it up and send i back to them again.
on the 3rd day of our communication they gave me a contract to sign. i signed it and send it back to them.
then after that a letter of appointment was forwarded to me asking me to sign it again and they want me to give them a copy of my passport and including a letter of acceptance. and they gave me a certificate of sponsorship to be submitted to uk border agency for the processing of my work permit entry clearnce. ASPEN told me they'll process everything to london to make it fast.Becasue I already have a resumption date and that will be on DEC.5.
UKBA asked me 298GBp for that. before i make a payment i asked them what wil be the other expenses that i need to pay because i need to look for money first because UKBA is giving me only 2 days for the payment. they told me that that is the only payment they need to process work permit entry clearnce. and i thought so..
after 2 days of submitting my payment UKBA is asking money now for the airbill fee for UPS of my documents coz they will send it to british embassy hir in the Philippines. AGAIN, i asked UKBA about the expenses but they told me that as of now it is the only payment they need. HoW come, UKBA cannot tell me everything about the payment that i need to make. I saw their website, i know that they are real. this is their email add ukvisas.gov.uk@ukvisas-gov.co.uk. But im having suspicions. please help me. Is there really ASPEN HEALTHCARE LTD in LONDON and regarding the expenses in work permit clearance. do you have an idea how much it will cost fo everything.? and by the way i send money thru western union. scam ba to?

NEVER give your money to anyone without doing proper research.... it only takes 5 minutes to do a google search and contact the employer directly, so simple and you will find out if it is genuine in the process.

this gives you a bit of an idea on the requirements and process to get a tier 2 visa. chances of getting a tier 2 visa now a very small as there is a limit on the numbers given each year now.

did you get 70 points+ on the PBS calculator ?

Unfortunately the e-mail address you have given is not a genuine border agency e-mail. it is registered to the following:

    Domain name:
    ukvisas-gov.co.uk

    Registrant:
    UK Immigration Centre

    Registrant type:
    Unknown

    Registrant's address:
    12 Mafoluku Oshodi
    Lagos
    Lagos
    234
    Nigeria

    This is 100% a scam.

    http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/si...-of-visa-scams

    14 June 2011

The UK Border Agency is warning people not to be taken in by scammers demanding cash in return for dealing with immigration cases.

The warning follows a report of an individual posing as a UK Border Agency officer and visiting a pensioner's home to ask for £1,350 to process his partner's visa.

The allegation is being investigated by the UK Border Agency security unit.

Jonathan Nancekivell-Smith, Director of Visa Services at the UK Border Agency said:

'UK Border Agency officers do not visit homes to collect cash payments and we have referred these allegations to our security team.

'Anyone who is approached in this way should contact the police.

'Details of how to pay for visas are included with our application forms and further information is available on our website.'

100 % scam..simple advice, pls ask the poea first before processing any employment applications..I did so when i applied in one hotel in UK "kuno" as a hotel nurse online where they did same thing as what they did to u..The difference between us is that I researched prior on responding with their "dramas"..I'll just share what the poea personnel replied to me..here it is..

    >> May we inform you that there is a ban on direct hiring except those provided under the labor code to wit: "Sec. 18 Ban on Direct Hiring - No employer may hire a Filipino workers for overseas employment except through the Boards and entities authorized by the Secretary of Labor. Direct Hiring by members of the diplomatic corps. International organization and such other employers as may be allowed by the Secretary of Labor is exempted from this provision.

You are hereby reminded to be extra careful in recruitments done through the e-mails. The Administration on this regards, discourages prospective job applicants in applying thru the internet since some of them have sent money to those unscrupulous, recruiters through the banks and other modes on money transfer and indeed became victims of illegal recruitment.

We hope we have guided you on this matter.

They even gave me a copy of advisory regarding the London employment..I just can't post it here for it is on adobe format..be careful next time friend..

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
