I seem to remember paying 18000 for my wife's new Samsung netbook in a shop in Robinsons in Manila, back in April. It wasnt the cheapest model or brand. It was possible to pay significantly less. And it was a netbook, not a laptop.
The price included Norton Antivirus which I paid extra for.

price for laptop runs from 20thou to 30thou and plus, depends on the brand...when it comes to netbook, price ranged from 11thou to 20thou....it dpends on the brand and size of the memory....sorry not good with terminologies when it comes to computers....hehe....but that's the price range
