That's an absolute disgrace - is it any wonder there are so many sham marriages taking place ?. That's why I posted # 10, with two internet links. Anyone still in doubt as to what is required should print or take note. Be firm but polite when negotiating with GP receptionists, who may be formidable and intimidating
