Yes normally it takes 6 months to get from NSO. but for those who need it asap they can use fast track or what they call 'Advance Endorsement'. In my case I was so lucky and got it for 1 week & 6 days

We got ours immediately from the judge's secretary, duly stamped with the gold -embossed stamp.
