Can I add something to your FLR question, only because we are seeing and hearing of extended processing times for FLR(m) and if you have any sort of schedule for work hang off until you get the visa and apply for the NI.

We have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks and have not had the request for Biometrics as yet - unless there is something wrong with the application!

cheer up tone don't be so stressful about it. if there is something wrong with you application they sent it back to you, maybe for this time your application is on the process the only problem it takes very long. just wait patiently. God is good

thanks for the additional info.... i wont be applying yet anyway until early march... anyway i do hope your application will be granted... just be positive... sure u will have it...
