    from what i could be bothered reading, it looks to me like FLR could be extended from 2yrs to 5yrs before you could apply for ILR.

    and those already on FLR, i would have thought there would be a transition period so you would still get ILR after 2 yrs ( or there be court cases as there was yrs ago when the gov did a similar thing with HSMP people)
