    Yeah, we also substitute pork with salmon (on the bone of course) and also add lots of KangKung (often called Morning Glory in Asian shops).

    Important, just be sure not to overcook the salmon. Leave the salmon in portion sized chunks.
    Also you might consider substituting spinach/cabbage with watercress, or even half-half watercress.

    BTW the wife says salmon is expensive in Phils. Is that correct?

    When our daughter was here in UK last year she said that Salmon was very expensive.
    (mind you salmon is expensive just about everywhere imo)

    She was also amazed at the variety and low cost of pasta here.
    Seems that good quality spagetti etc is very cheap here. We've starting send over in our BB boxes.

    Maybe someone else can comment on that?
