my first flight to manila was with etihad booked on line with them and then i rang thomas cook, they could not match it £617 flying out over xmas but said if i paid there price just another £5 they would give me a silver etihad card, they may upgrade me but no garentee, so i did go with them and yes i was upgraded on my flight back which was well worth the extra £5
