    thats right, you only need to provide evidence she is dependent on you in the uk, if she is not working and receives no money from anyone else apart from you. its a no brainer

    yes appeal would probably be best, mention she lives with you, she doesn't lead an independent life style, you provide her with everything she needs and your bankstatements are the only evidence you.

    might be an option to mention in your appeal, she is thinking about going to college so she will be dependent on you for a year or two more
