.....I have been helping a Filipino decorate his house in Glasgow by wallpapering various rooms and also tiling his bathroom,and yes,it is someone who regularly sends boxes through us. I have also been helping a Filipina who was unfairly sacked from her company by going through the Industrial Tribunal procedure and also helping her deal with the Nursing and Midwifery Council,so my time has been limited in coming on here.

Obviosuly all much more important that £1000's worth of stuff in customers boxes then!!!

Lastly,if anyone is interested,we have been again shown how corrupt things are in Philippines Customs. DO NOT take my word for it. Go onto the Philippines Embassy website in the UK www.philembassy-uk.org

As usual in the UK people always blame someone else, they never take responsibilty themselves. If a business gets screwed, ripped-off, etc, it is their fault and they have to act so that customers either notice nothing wrong or issue compensation quickly. The company is responsible for which sub-contractors they use, government services, etc, no matter how 'corrupt' they may be. But the company should not be blaming others in public, it is an internal matter. All the company should be interested in within the public domain in the UK is customer satisfaction.
