Hi chiechie, I would ignore that 'police registration certificate' coz its not necessary. For 'when did you meet your partner' question - I put the date of our first face-to-face meeting on that one. Be honest where did you meet, so maybe you can say, we met on a dating site called xxx or on a discussion forum. Good luck!
