AN Albanian man who tried to cheat the immigration system to stay in the UK has had his sentence cut.

Steve Cleverley, from the UK Border Agency’s criminal and financial investigations team, said: “The UK Border Agency has the capability to detect and bring those involved in immigration crime to justice but also to deprive them of the rewards of their criminality.”

Real justice in this case would be a one way ticket back to where they belong

Presumably the reduction of sentence to below 12 months means no chance of deportation - you wonder what kind of kick these judges get from allowing filth like this to remain in our country. I hope upon his release the Albanian busts into the Judges mansion and terrorises his family

the fact is he committed fraud to gain it, so it should automatically be revoked, and when it is, as he has no right to be in the UK, he should be deported !. the length of sentence should have nothing to do with this case.
