I've often wondered if it would be worth complaining about these ECO clowns to the Parliamentary Ombudsman

In the past I've had a couple of results with the Local Govt Ombudsman and a friend who was a Director of a large local authority told me the ombudsman was what they feared most

your right dedworth little point in complaining to UKBa, VFS etc, but your MP has the clout to goto the Parlimentary Ombudsman, and make things happen

Maybe now is as good a time as any, especially with it being UKBA's time "in the barrel" just now
