I dont think the restaurant has any excuse. 1 could maybe slip through any checks but 3 illegals makes it look like its their policy to employ illegals. £30,000 by return of post please or shut them down

As I've posted before there is scant possibility of the fine being levied - if £10k fines were commonplace the UK would be full of boarded up Indian restaurants
