Just last night i found out that my hubby wont be able to pick me up here and am SO GUTTED!! it is my second time to go out of the country but going to heathrow scares me CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHARE TO ME YOUR EXPERIENCE AT HEATHROW? THE ARRIVAL STEP BY STEP GUIDE? WAS IT DIFFICULT TO GET PASS THE UK BORDER AGENCY?
or if i use one month over here, Will it not endanger my application for ILR after my visa expires??

I actually went through the UKBA control point with my wife. We went through together. But through Manchester. I can tell you that it was very easy. Probably took all of about a minute or two at the control point desk.

No mention of TB checks or anything like that. The UKBA officer asked about where we (my wife) were heading. And we both presented our passports.

Another question she was asked was whether she intended to work here, to which she answered "maybe".

The Immigration officer was polite and chatty.
