I got married to my wife in the UK who is Filipino. Sadly she had to go back to ph because she only had visit visa

Yes, but there is a "Tourist" visit visa and also a "Marriage" visit visa.
One allows marriage and the other does not.

Not sure if it will have any impact on a subsequent settlement visa application but maybe worth thinking about.
