As a moderator could you tell me how does someone move from being 'Newbie with Restricted Access' to having the status of a member? I have read the rules and regulations.

Once a 'Newbie' has accrued 15 or more posts, this restriction is normally lifted and he/she automatically qualifies for *full Membership status. So ... as of NOW ... you're almost *there!
