i think a wheelie bin is bit like being pregnant, you have to wait 9 months before you get it ...

well i've been wating since march, and i've been on the urgent list for 6 wks , good job the council are not in charge of the emergency services

city of salford population 200,000+, say average 3 people per house hold, extra 3 wheelie bins per house hold.. more than 200,000 extra wheelie bins they will deliver soon, and i've waited 7 months for 1 , they will need to start fining people to pay for them
