I think you should have your passport with you because they will look for it at the seminar and they will put a sticker on it..as far as I can remember..unless you have to beg them and reconsider that you haven't received your passport. That's how I thought.

only the important thing is i want to get GC certificate in SMEF COW because ,they do the seminar monday to friday any country ... but their office will end tomorrow also CFO said that ... so my plan is get the GC certificate in SMEF COW and once my passport back i can go to CFO Manila to get CFO sticker

we received email from them last wednesday that they despatched my visa so i wait all day on thursday but no passport , and yesterday they sent email again for the second time that their going to despatched my passport on 14 sept that is today ..


i tracked my passport but still no records of transaction .. after they confirmed that they will send my passport on 14 sept , my husband booked our flight on 23 sept . i get GCC today so all i need is CFO sticker but how can i leave and have it without my passport

Requirements for Guidance Counseling/Seminar:

Two (2) valid identification cards (IDs) with photograph;
Duly completed guidance and counseling form to be issued by SMEF-COW upon registration
Payment of P250.00 counseling fee

Requirements for Registration to the CFO office (caliming CFO sticker):

Original Passport;
Original and photocopy of visa;
Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;
Duly completed emigrant registration form; and
Payment of the authorized registration fee in the amount of P400.00
