Di Matteo’s sacking may appear premature to us, but judged by the standards of Abramovich, it came six months later than he would have wanted. It is an expression of the ethos that has guided his whole career. And if, wedded to our traditional barometers of success, we peer inside Chelsea’s trophy cabinet, we will find that Abramovich’s Chelsea has won more than Manchester United in the same period. Before we condemn him as a moneyed loony, perhaps we should take that into account.

You will get the Spanish Waiter and I think he will do very well there
I think the sacking is harsh as you are third and as we all know triumphed in the Champions league only 6 months ago but that's Abramovich's way every manager you get knows that.
