Hi Guys,

Hope anyone can help me on when can i send my ILR application.

I arrived in UK on the 1st of Jan. 2010 and my visa expires on the 10th of Feb 2013.

When should i send my application?

You apply 28 days before your 2 years stay here in the UK, therefore you could have applied from the 4th December.

You can apply from now and before your visa expires on the 10th Feb.

Hello there , if you arrived here 1st of jan 2010 on a spouse visa , you needed to send your ILR application around 5th of dec. 2012 . Maybe some member of this forum more knowledgeable than myself on this subject could suggest what you need to do now....

Thank you guys. Its just so confusing because i thought you need to apply within 28 days before your visa expires. I'll best wait til after the new year to send my application. Will now gather all the documents needed for the application.

Now been waiting 15 weeks since Maritess application for ILR, we were told 17 weeks so will start counting now!
