well good news again , i forgot all about my gas and electric bills and have just opened them , the gas is £170 and the electric £134 not bad for the three months

I was clearing out some old paperwork last week and found my combined gas and electricity bill from 2009. It was £80.00 per month, exactly the same as I pay now. Not bad for a 4 bed detached.

I had a new condenser boiler fitted in 2010 along with a new double radiator and TRV valves in most rooms for just under £2k. I guess all that will have paid for itself over 4 to 5 years.
