During our wedding, the siblings of my husband gave some money its not too much but could be a help. Its in the bank of my husband, apart from this money must be in my husband's account (bank) for over 6 months what other evidence we could show to prove that it was a gift from the family? Are we going to ask a letter from one of his sisters to explain they gave some money to us? Can anyone give light on this matter? I was looking for some threads about this gift evidence but unfortunately I diint find one. Your help is highly appreciated. ..

As you know, all savings that will be used to meet the financial requirement must be held for a minimum of 6 months.
Those savings can be a gift from a family member or even any other third party. There's absolutely no problem for that from UKBA.
