as fred has said, time is a healer, my stepfather had a heart attack on my mom's birthday, i tried to resuscitate him this lead to my mother having a breakdown/stroke 18 months later, she was in a coma for 10 days and spent over a year in hospital, then months later my younger brother died and i had to go and ID his body , even our dog didn't escape and she suffered from a pyometra

in less than 3yrs the people i lived most of my life with either died or were seriously ill

its not easy sometimes, but tomorrow is another day and things do get better

I am sorry for what had happened Sir Joe. Didnt mean to recall the incidents that you have witnessed.

it is hard i must say, it keeps haunting me but like other said give it a time. hoping it will be soon.
