    is it free? im i allowed to have one? does it affect my future visa application? i know im entitled to use it because i have NIno but im not working at the moment

    One of the first things you should do when arriving to UK is to register at your local GP
    (medical practice)
    You are fully entitled to NHS treatment.
    Please do it now

    Like the other guys have said register asap also with a dentist as well if you haven't done so already.

    All treatment under the NHS you are entitled to without it affecting your future visa applications most of it free eg: doctors appointments, hospital consultations even surgery if needed hope not

    Anyway get it sorted and you will wonder what all the fuss was about.
