If it sounds to good to be true...it probably is.

very true the only good thing about it was the fact it had a clean title which I was givin a copy of .but when I got there I was bitten by mossies which put me in a bad mood straight away There was running water and electric too .its just the location that put me off really plenty of fruit trees etc .T he house that I thought or was told was for sale is actually for sale but thats even more complicated the jap owner is 80 and his wife died aged 40 but nobody knows where the jap guy is so the property will sit around in limbo lol
