Do you know want PNB in London is like, how long they take?
I know they are cheap £7 as my gf has a PNB account in Lucena.
I normally use Xoom who are very reliable and fast but last month, i wanted to send her 35k pesos and it cost 42k!! not good, so basically £70 to do a money transfer.
