Dustmen, of course - like every other Tom, Dick and Harry (or even Harriet) in these modern times of equal opportunities - have now been allocated a posh new job designation. They're called ... wait for it ... 'Refuse Collection Officers'.
Quite appropriate, really... means they can:
refuse to uplift household rubbish - unless it's pre-bagged!
