I am looking for a better way to send money to the Philippines

Philippines National bank (PNB) , Earls Court i believe but do it online and the charge is about £5.50 up to £1000 i think

£5.50 up to £10,000. In 2010/2011 when the charge was £5 I sent two large amounts £7000 & £5000 and each were £5!
