    SMEF Guidance and Counselling Certificate
    CFO Guidance and Counselling Certificate - Is this the counselling thing that my Vimvie must do in Cebu? I thought she must do it AFTER getting the Visa..

    we have the same query nigel, based on what i read u can only get a cfo certificate when u have the visa. Im about to ask kimmi about this, coz she submitted cfo certificate in her application. Please enlighten us guys about this matter
