Joe ... second time I married, was in the *Phils - before *they introduced this [IMO unecessary] 'CENOMAR' malarkey for the British partner(you still needed a CNI from your local Registrar ... which you then exchanged for the Philippine version at the British Embassy, Manila). But that was it!
However, marrying in Britain, all you'll require is the Certificate of No Impediment ... albeit I think your bride-to-be MAY still need to submit her CENOMAR (or similar document) as proof that she'd never been married previously.![]()

In that case I will ask Jenalyn to get the CENOMAR , which she will need anyway when she arrives here.
But I won't submit my certificate of no impediment.
