    I think your husband was wrong to accept the money in the first place without consulting somebody.

    I don't particularly rate Thompsons. At least not the one's based in Oxford.
    I had a work place injury and got nothing apart from 7 weeks off work without pay and compensation.

    I was told, if I'd made it back home and called in sick it wouldn't have been an issue.

    Claiming industrial injury is a hazardous preoccupation.

    I made a genuine claim against an old employer years ago, it was successful but, I became a marked man. Management basically sent me to Coventry

    Luckily, the claim I made against my current employer is all water under the bridge. The monies I had coming to me, I've made it back 10 fold.
