Andy's not very good at the history of who let the Romanians in he's been repeatedly told that the Liebor govt signed the Treaty of Accession in 2005 a year after Blair promised then reneged on a referendum.

Up to the present day it's only Blair and Bottler Brown that reneged on the referendum. I don't agree with a lot of Camerons doings but he is committed to the referendum whether brought forward or not.
