You can get frozen Tilapia in a few Chinese stores. We can get it in Liverpool, along with a lot of other Asian fish.

Breakfast, Bacon and tomatoes, Lunch, Shredded Wheat with hot milk. Dinner, Roast Chicken with veg gravy and Yorkshire Pudding, That's today's menu!

Had Shredded Wheat every week of my life Peter, whilst living in Philippines I found it in Robinsons also never had any desire to even try foreign food because of the look of it. I love English food and I eat in moderation I've never weighed more than 11 stone 10 pounds, as a child was brought up on Malt & Cod liver oil, various cereals, Kippers, Finny Haddock, Tripe and onions, all roast dinners with Yorkshire Pudding, Rice pudding, etc, on Sunday was allowed 1 little square of Cadburys dairy milk chocolate that was my weekly treat. Good old days and very happy days!That brings back some long forgotten memories
