not that we want him here, but why haven't they deported him ?

How can he be deported if he has not been convicted yet of anything?
It seems that there is a poverty clause here that has been exploited by him to avoid being convicted in the past.. Not only does he bribe policemen,he bribes the victims family members to drop charges.
Not only does he exploit children..He also exploits the the justice system here from A to Z.

I'm sure Gary Glitter was expelled out of Cambodia and he wasn't charged with anything. But as they have his lap top with the pictures, how has he got bail for that? when British detained was kept in prison for years..
