As I stated in another post, I still think its much easier if the passport was changed to that of the married name - I honestly believe it saves a lot of hassle in the long run, and anyway, it will have to be changed sometime.
Elsa did just that prior to the application for settlement visa. My train of thought is, "answer the questions before they ask it"
Pete is 100% correct, get the passport changed now!
