    I have an app on my phone called quit now.

    Its interesting to keep an eye on the stats.

    I have saved £3116.95 since I quit.

    Yes, a Pack of 20 a day at prices of £8.30 a pack of the brand I smoked.

    It wasn't May it was the 18th March I quit.

    So over a year now.
